What’s your return policy?

10–Day “No Hassle” Returns

We allow you to return all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging for a full refund (minus actual shipping, packaging & restock costs that Beach Expression, LLC incurred). **Custom orders are not eligible for return.

 


Purchasing Policies:

Each purchase is handled personally with a consult from one of our team members. When we have decided on the product/products that you would like to order, you will be sent an invoice with the purchase details and we will request that you either send an email or fill out a credit card authorization form allowing us to debit your card for the agreed amount on the invoice. You will be sent a receipt of your credit card purchase. Each credit card purchase that is not done in person will be done over a secure server. You may also send us a check or PayPal. *No orders will be processed/filled until your funds have cleared the bank.

 


Shipping Specifications:

*Shipping costs are based on items dimensions, weight, location, terms and the freight company rates. Each order is handled on a personal basis prior to ordering.

All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Beach Expression, LLC can not be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery. It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any problems with this type of delivery at the time of purchase. Beach Expression, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a shipping companies inability to deliver to a particular location. Certain circumstances may include but are not limited to: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments. In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge, and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Martha’s Vineyard, etc.) may incur higher than normal shipping fees.  If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address,  refusal or unable to acquire customer signature, customer refusal to take delivery; the customer will be responsible for shipping & handling both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

Weather delays: Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt normal deliveries and installation. During these events customer needs are prioritized by safety and meeting the regulations set by the State/Federal Govt./City. During preparation for a natural disaster in our area please expect delays. We handle each situation in the best possible way and appreciate your understanding.

Beach Expression Outdoor Living is a family owned and operated company and all customer services issues are handled directly by the owner personally. Operating hours are M-F 9am-6pm Central Time and closed on National holidays.
